When will my service be completed?
We begin working on your in-game request as soon as we receive your order and any required details. Completion time depends on the scope of the task and current game conditions. Many orders can be finished within 10–15 minutes, but larger or more complex requests may take longer. Because we provide a time-based service, there is no shipping or delivery of digital goods involved.
